Shipping Policy

This policy explains how EasyWipe ships orders across Pakistan.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery time

Most orders reach major cities within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. Delivery to smaller towns may take slightly longer depending on courier coverage in your area.

Shipping cost

Orders over Rs 3,000 ship free. Orders under Rs 3,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of 250 PKR.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery (COD), available nationwide

• Online payment via JazzCash or Easypaisa, which gets you a 5% discount on your order

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you can track it from your account page at easywipe.pk/account/orders.

Delivery partner

Orders are shipped via leopardsexpress & postex.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, message us on WhatsApp or email admin@easywipe.pk with your order number. We will look into it and get back to you.

Undelivered orders

If our courier is unable to deliver your order after 1 attempt, the order is returned to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid this.
