Return & Refund Policy

Our return window

You can return your EasyWipe order within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is free. You will not be charged to send an item back to us.

What can be returned

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or faulty. We are not able to accept returns for change-of-mind or non-defective items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges in two cases:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, we will exchange it for a fresh replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

• If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange an unused, unopened item for a different size (100ml or 250ml) of the same product within 30 days of delivery. You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us; we ship the replacement free.

To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email admin@easywipe.pk with your order number.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. Message us on WhatsApp or email admin@easywipe.pk with your order number and we will look into it.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email admin@easywipe.pk with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will confirm the return and next steps with you.

3. Once we receive the item back, we process your refund.

Refund method

• Orders paid online via JazzCash or Easypaisa are refunded to the original payment method.

• Orders paid by Cash on Delivery are refunded via online bank transfer
